The Space

BEFORE SENDING A BOOKING REQUEST, PLEASE READ LISTING AND HOST RULES. • The capacity of 30 persons standing cocktail-style or 20 seated dinner-style. • All bookings require a 2-Hour Minimum • 6 AM- 2 AM Available seven days a week • We require that you include enough time for setup and breakdown in your booking times. This is a unique intimate penthouse and loft-style space which also makes an excellent event space in the heart of Downtown Silver Spring. The Basics: • Bring your own caterer • We can help facilitate additional rentals if needed Included Furniture: - 3 Six-foot table. - 20 Orange Chairs - 4-foot bar table. - Patio Furniture. With 13 foot ceilings, 6-foot windows, a penthouse with floor to ceiling glass, and a green roof give clients and their guest's unlimited options for planning and designing: - Birthdays - Dinners -Receptions -Showers -Corporate Off-sites -Private events & more!

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning All our hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking: Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
