The Space

This is a great photo/video/film production space. two 1000 watt Soft Box kits and 2-Ton lighting and grip pack available (at no extra cost). 13' high ceiling, 35' shooting distance, Sound-proof studio, large green screen stage, and comes pre-lit. 12' wide X 10' white, grey and black seamless paper backdrops are also available. Just 10 minutes from North Hollywood. Free Wi-Fi, coffee and bottle water. Large 6,000 sq ft parking lot. Ground level load-in. Air-conditioned. Large kitchen, make-up/changing room and restroom.

White, grey and black 12' wide X 10' high seamless backdrops with custom flooring are $40.00 a day extra (each) for set-up and strike. Only available for 8 hr, 10 hr and 12 hr shoots. Bringing in your own sets is something that I would consider, but more details and the time involved would need to be considered. This would be an additional cost.
