The outdoor pool and patio areas are ideal for all photo shoots, film/ video shoots, meetings, yoga sessions, workshops, and more. This unique space consists of a three tiered terraced backyard of a private home in a residential area of Silver Lake. The terraces include a newly built heated pool/ hot tub surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, white walls, off-white treated floors, and complete with lounging/ dining areas. PLEASE NOTE WE'VE STARTED INTERIOR RENOVATIONS AND ACCESS TO THE HOUSE INTERIORS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. WE'VE INCORPORATED A 15% DISCOUNT FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE ON THE LOCATION FEE ONLY (USED TO BE $160/HOUR). ANCILLARY FEES SUCH AS SITE REP FEES, CLEANING FEES, AND POOL HEATING FEES WILL NOT BE DISCOUNTED. Clients will have access to the exterior patios, a cool fanned room for hair/make up/styling with wardrobe rack, bathrobes, and towels, and a VIP portable restroom. Photographs will be sent prior to your booking confirmation for your review. Located in the heart of Silver Lake, the location is easily accessible from the 5, the 101, and the 2 freeways and offers ample street parking. Conveniently located close to other potential shooting venues such as Griffith Park, local trendy bars, and restaurants, etc. makes Poolside In Silver Lake an ideal shooting location. HOURLY RATE: Hourly rate is based on a total number of people. MINIMUM DAILY SHOOT FEE (6 HOURS): $816 plus a $160 cleaning fee and any other additional applicable fees. MINIMUM HALF DAY SHOOT FEE (3 HOURS): $408 plus a $160 cleaning fee and any other additional applicable fees. Clients will now have the opportunity to select between a morning shoot (btwn the hours of 7:00am-12:30pm) or an afternoon shoot (btwn the hours of 1:30pm-7:00pm) on a first come first serve basis. Whenever possible, we will reserve the right to book a separate client during the time not selected, so please keep that in mind if your production may run a bit over. All other requirements, rules, applicable fees, additional attendee charges, etc. still apply. CALCULATE YOUR HOURLY RATE: The hourly rate is $136/ hour for the first 8 people, with a minimum of 3 hours. Each additional person is to be charged at an additional $20/ hour (not including catering or craft service delivery and pick ups). For example: Hourly Rate is $136/ hour for 8 total people Hourly Rate is $156/ hour for 9 total people Hourly Rate is $176/ hour for 10 total people ... etc. etc. Any additional hour within 10 hours from the bookings start time will be charged at your hourly rate. Overtime will be charged after 10 hours of the bookings start time. OVERTIME: Overtime is charged at 1.5 x your hourly rate past 10 hours in increments of 30 minutes. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please review our cancellation policy below before booking. SITE REP/ ANCILLARY FEES: For smaller shoots, and/or if available, the Owner will act as the Site Rep. A Site Rep fee will be charged for all shoot at a rate of; $160 for any shoot up to 6 hours, and $260 for shoots over 6 hours (not to exceed 10 hours). A pool heating fee of $60-$80 is optional. AREAS OF USE: You will be able to shoot anywhere on the outdoor patio areas of the property, excluding the front of the house. Hair/ Make Up and Styling can be done inside your designated room. SITE VISITS/ RECENT PICTURES: As we are constantly looking to improve the location, pictures shown may not reflect the most up to date improvements and changes. Site visits (virtual or in person) are strongly encouraged and/ or more recent pictures can be sent to you upon request. STYLIST/ SET DESIGNERS: For added convenience, if possible, and/ or if the space is not booked, Stylists/ Set Designers may drop off items the day prior to the scheduled shoot day. However, please note that we are not to be held liable/responsible for any damages/ theft/ other of any items left overnight. Inquire with owner/ Site Rep. ahead of time as to possibility and appropriate delivery window. PREP DAYS: Prep days may be charged at half your shoots day rate, and is dependent on availability, scope of work, time needed, owner/site rep. availability, and determined on a case by case basis. The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. Our space is cleaned and disinfected prior to and after each shoot. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread to our guests. Our space is cleaned and disinfected prior to and after each shoot. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning: We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC. We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant. We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests upon request. We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, anti bacterial soap, etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and it was used Hygiene: While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly. Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly. Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. If You Are Sick: For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing: We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants.
