This means that unless you add it as an option, the floors of the white, green and black cycs will not be freshly painted. The walls of all of the cycs will be in great condition. This additional option can be added if you require the floors to be in "pristine" or perfect condition. Many clients use our cycs "as is" and it depends on client's project needs and budget. Note: All internal common areas including front lobby entrance, hallways, conference room, production loft, makeup/wardrobe area and green room have central climate control. Open shooting space currently does not (system installation pending) and clients are able to rent portable units from third party vendors as they see fit. There are also 3 large powerful industrial fans distributed throughout the shooting space as well.
