The Space

Three acres with walking trails, abundant nature, a large manicured lawn, saltwater pool, and 8-person hot tub. Plenty of space to spread out in this beautiful three level home. Multiple eating areas, a large kitchen, formal dining room, and outdoor seating for 20+ Main floor master and second bedroom, with two additional bedrooms in the lower level. Guest suite in the upper level with king bed, separate living area, and full bathroom. Three-story deck, with grill and fire pit. High-speed WiFi, Comcast Xfinity on the UHD 4k Smart TVs, SONOS (provides music in almost every room), DVDs, Blu-ray player, and a Nintendo Wii. Too many amenities to list! Truly something for everyone to do with close proximity to downtown Grand Rapids.
