We are two Filmmakers interested in creating a comfortable, unique environment for various NYC events. Our space is an open, ambient, light filled loft ideal for your next event. We also have a 1000 square ft rooftop included perfect for summer night gatherings & photo/video shoots. Whether you need the space for a private party, intimate show, art gallery event or yoga class- we'd be happy to host you for an expansive and elevated experience.

The space is a beautiful low key 2,000 sq ft event space conveniently located in the heart of the Lower East Side. Combined with a gorgeous rooftop lounge this event space is the perfect location to host your party, concert, yoga class or art gallery event.
