The Space

Located in the heart of Soho between Spring and Broome Streets, this space combines classic New York City architecture with modern amenities to create a truly exceptional, one-of-a-kind property. The cavernous retail space boasts 18 foot beamed ceilings, a custom rear skylight and 25 feet of frontage on the street level.
