Current additional bookings rules (May 2020): - You and your team members agree to be respectful and courteous to others and to the front desk members while being in the studio. - At this time only up to 6 people allowed per booking. - You agree to ensure all of your crew members including yourself are wearing face masks and practice social distancing at all times while in the common areas and when interacting to our team members. Failure to comply with this rule may result in canceling your booking without refund and in escorting you and your team from the premises. - You and your crew agree that you are personally responsible for your safety and actions while being at the studios. You and your crew agree to comply with all CDC guidelines and protocols. - Arrive up to 10 minutes before your booking to reduce the interaction with other guests. Rooftop is approximately 8200SF with views to downtown LA! Ideal for photo and video productions. Restrooms are available on the 5th floor. There are 2 flights of staircases.The freight elevator's hours are M-Sat 8a-6p. We can negotiate later/earlier launch of the freight elevator for an additional fee. As well as we can set up loading and unloading for you till through the 6th floor (in this case only one flight of stairs will be left). -Rental rate includes up to 10 people. Every extra person over 10 is $5. -For any bookings earlier than 8a and later than 11p add $15/hr for every extra time (billed in full hours).
