This raw 700 sq ft studio space is located in Downtown LA and comes with beautiful natural light, exposed brick walls, and high ceilings! Wi-Fi and AC are included as well as a bathroom. The windows have curtains to block out the sun if needed. Our space is great for photo/video shoots, film productions, music videos, meetings, workshops, fashion, and much more! Studio amenities: - Full private bathroom, 2 sinks. - High-Speed Wifi - AC - Stool - Onsite parking - High Ceilings - Vanity station Cleaning fee: 0-5 people: $50 6-10 people: $75 11-15 people: $100 16-20 people: $125
