The Space

Tucked away in edgy and increasingly hip Bushwick renowned for its converted warehouses and abundance of street art, this private lounge fits right in. The venue is heavily influenced by the sights, colors, and glamour of the city’s 80s-era. It visually immerses you in nostalgia with its sparkly white leather furnishing, zingy neon lights, posh disco attributes that create an incredibly inviting ambiance. Combining the pleasant retro vibe with vibrant custom murals splashed on walls top to bottom, this venue is truly an exquisite place that transports you somewhere else while remaining a quintessentially Bushwick spot. WE DO NOT UPDATE AVAILABILITY ON SPLACER'S CALENDER: please reach out directly to confirm the date of interest is available before sending a booking request. *** 4-HOUR MINIMUM IS REQUIRED FOR ALL BOOKINGS *** $250/HOUR BASE RATE APPLIES TO GROUPS UP TO 20 GUESTS $300/hour applies to groups up to 30 guests $350/hour applies to groups up to 40 guests $400/hour applies to groups up to 50 guests *** ALL BOOKINGS ARE SUBJECT TO $250 CLEANING FEE *** A refundable security deposit is required upon booking confirmation for the amount of $250-$400 depending on your hourly rate/the size of the party. The hold for a security deposit will be put on the client's credit card 5 days prior to the booking date and will be released the following day should there be no issues or damage to the venue. The credit card information will be requested upon booking confirmation along with a matching ID (client must be 21+ to make a booking) *** Holiday rates are set by the management and are different from the regular rates. For Halloween, NYE and other Holidays, please reach out directly and I will advise on pricing & availability.
