The Space

A truly a one-of-a-kind three story 1920's residence with many original features, nuances, and classic Hollywood Hills aesthetic throughout. Primarily south facing, the property is bright with multiple terraces, secluded spaces, and intimate settings. Beautiful arched windows, French doors, spiral stairs, high ceilings, and original hardware. Features a beautiful courtyard and front yard with palm trees and incredible views of Hollywood hills, mountains and city lights. Chic and uniquely decorated with high end Italian and vintage design pieces and furniture. Sparse enough that you can add your own set design or use any of our photo enhancing pieces. The house is very large (2,684 sq ft) with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large entryway, living room with 30 foot ceilings, and a dining room that opens onto the courtyard. It is three levels. The living room/entryway are first, dining, and courtyard on second and bedrooms on third. Photoshoot features: It has two addresses so there is plenty of parking on both streets. Sonos speakers throughout the house. Second bedroom is great for styling. Vanity area for glam. I am a photographer myself and have had the pleasure of shooting here many times. I am happy to welcome you!
