Rustic Bushwick Backyard

I live in Bushwick with a small studio apartment that opens up into a the full backyard of my 3 story walk-up. I'm the only apartment with a door so it is completely private. The space has clean cinder block and old brown brick walls that have significant ivy growth. An old big tree sits off to the side and provides a lot of shade on sunny days. I have lights up that make an intimate space in the evening but for the most part it is a big raw space for you to tailor to your needs. I host events often - from BBQ's on a Saturday afternoon, birthday parties, and most recently a rehearsal dinner with catering. You would need to walk through my apartment to get to the backyard but it is well designed with great furniture and light. It's a fun urban space that I'd love to open up for the right opportunity.
