The Space

This is a Turn Key Meeting and Retreat Space. Bookings include: On-site host who will provide all set-up, meal coordination, refreshment refills, and clean-up. Ample Coffee, Tea and Fruit Infused Water All paper and dining ware Use of 1st floor space and surrounding patio and deck approx (3600 sq ft) Onsite parking for 10, add'l parking outside of gate HIgh Speed Wi-Fi, AV and Whiteboard/Flip Charts, 65" Smart TV Located in the rolling hills of Montara Ca, with ocean and wilderness views, and just 20 miles south of downtown San Francisco, this private residential estate provides an oasis for organizations who desire to bring their team to a place that promotes inspiration, growth, renewal and learning. Surrounded by a natural forest, rolling meadows, expansive ocean views, this 3.7 acre property provides the ideal setting for groups up to 16. This property is tastefully decorated to make people feel at home yet immersed in the natural beauty of the surroundings. With large picture windows in every room guests are able to see the ocean, the resident deers, hawks, horses and other wildlife that reside in the meadow. There are hiking trails walking distance from the estate for a strolling meeting if desired. The meeting space consists of nearly 2400 sq ft of contiguous indoor rooms dedicated to meeting the needs of the organization's activities. There are two large tables (6) and (10) , a central meeting area with AV capabilities, a portable AV cart, and additional outdoor 1200 sq patio space in both the front and back decks, overlooking the large vista and the ocean.. The venue books only one organization at a time. Does NOT include: Meals are NOT included. (breakfast, lunch, snack) Guests can select from a menu provided at a fee of $20 - $35.00 per person depending on selection.
