Rustic Lower East Side Industrial Compound

This beautiful rustic Lower East Side space is filled with tons of natural light and exposed brick. This 4,500 square foot space is welcoming and will leave you inspired to make it your own. The space features a huge private outdoor terrace, two modern bathrooms and floor to ceiling windows. We have a team that provides healthy organic catering and hors d'oeuvres upon request. The catering is run out of our neighbouring 2,500 square foot commercial kitchen space. There is a 50 person minimum for catering and the cost of catering ranges from $30-$60 a head. The space can accommodate 100 people sitting and 300 people standing. It's ideal for weddings, private parties, and special events.
