Rustic Malibu Horse Ranch w/ Pool & Studio

This space is primarily for photo and video use. No weddings, no parties. Events in general are not appropriate for this space. Your booking includes all exteriors, including exclusive use of the large secondary production house on the property. This space is equipped with a white-walled daylight studio, make-up/wardrobe area, lounges and catering area. Partial access to the upstairs of the main ranch house at no additional fee is available with prior ok. This includes 2 bedrooms, Entertainment room, he/she sink bathroom and “bell tower” attic area. Just let us know in advance that you’d like to use it so we can make sure it's prepared for your arrival. Limitations to property use: 1) An additional $200 per hour is required for use of the downstairs/bar/kitchen ranch house area. 2) There are certain areas where only light foot traffic is allowed due to our property being intertwined with sensitive and protected land (no cars, no set building, light food traffic only in these areas). We encourage productions to scout prior to event date for a tour. We have a 5-seat 4x4 UTV vehicle perfect for hauling crew/equipment (think 4-wheel-drive golf cart). $250 for a full day rental. Note: We are pet friendly for dogs that are human and dog friendly! However, this property poses multiple serious dangers for dogs including fox-tails, ticks, coyotes, mountain lions and RATTLESNAKES particularly in the summer months. Small dogs unfamiliar with the area HAVE disappeared here off leash. Please note, we have free roaming dogs (friendly!) - they are trained to avoid rattlesnakes. Bring your pet at your own risk (and please let us know you will be doing so). No additional fees on our end. This is a DIY space. Our expectation is that you clear up after yourself and place all your trash in designated areas prior to your departure or a $100 cleaning fee may be added to your bill and your review will reflect this issue.
