The Space

Located in Downtown, Los Angeles is a beautiful old building that was once a Handbag Factory. Now it is filled with vintage recording equipment and old decorations. There are multiple facilities at this property, some more modern, and some more vintage. The space doubles as a background for a home or recording studio. We have spaces that resemble living rooms and a very large kitchen that allows for wide open shots. Some walls are covered in reclaimed old barn wood and some are brick walls. There is alot character and texture in most spaces. The roof top has a great up-close view of Downtown, Los angeles. We have a secured parking lot and plenty of amenities listed below.
