The Space

Originally built in 1915, the Palace of Fine Arts, a Non Plus Ultra venue, is an iconic California landmark that spans an impressive 140,000 square feet. Famous for its Greco-Roman details and surrounded by lush landscaping next to the Golden Gate Bridge, this venue is perfect for conferences, corporate parties, and more. The Palace houses an enormous exhibition center, theater, and a stunning lagoon bordering the area that is sure to add extra style to any scene. Areas: - Multiple Rooms - Mezzanine's - Seated Theater - Performance Center Venue: - 140,000 Square Feet - 40-foot Ceiling Height Max Capacity: 4,500 Venue Ideas: - Conferences - Corporate Parties - Galas Space Access - A loading zone is located on the ground level - Four entries are located on the west side of the building for smaller load-ins. Interior Access - Two North entrances. plus, the main entrance - Two parking facilities - 2nd floor is accessible by a forklift Green Room - Three breakout rooms that can be utilized as green rooms Lighting - Natural lighting is in the main venue space. Lighting is exposed through 4 fixed skylights on the south side and five double glass doors on the north side. - Bay lights are overhead throughout the venue. Sound - Located in a quiet neighborhood. - HVAC is located in Breakout Rooms 1-4, which can be controlled. Electrical - 18 circuit breakers. - All outlets are grounded. - 225 Amps, 225 Neutral Amps, 120/208 Volts, 3 Phase - 2000a 120/208 Volts
