The Space

Come, explore our Lake House for your event! Set within five wooded acres on a private lake, find endless options for photography and film backdrops. The property includes amazing views, natural beauty, a gazebo, stone patio, docks, watercraft, and privacy. A large and cozy "Adirondack Room" is available for a team base, including a bathroom. In any season this home and its surroundings offer you an array of options. We are open to other events that would entail use of the whole house but would be on a case-by case basis. Small gatherings, movie/photo use, etc. Please feel free to inquire. Quick and easy to NYC - just 54 miles! This home is only a couple miles from Sparta, NJ and Lake Mohawk. Cleaning Fee and Certificate of Insurance required.
