Val and I have co-owned our mid-century modern showroom in West SoHo for the past 24 years. We have two 1200 square foot floors of this building we use for openings and events for various artist we represent. We would like to make our two floors available either together or by themselves.

The Space

This space was formerly part of a furniture showroom where we did gallery openings. We have decided to rent this intimate, second floor space unfurnished and offer our pieces from the first floor showroom for rental so that you can imagine any type of event here. There is a small kitchen with refrigerator/microwave/stove/oven/sink (and dishwasher coming) so it is perfect for art openings/dinner parties/viewings/meetings-very flexible. There is also a private bathroom. There is a loading dock out front and an industrial elevator which can be used for a fee because we would need to supply an operator.
