The Space

An acre lot nestle one mile from the Everglades we are completely secluded from street and city noise. Surrounded by lush ficus for complete privacy. Nestled in a lair of green and yellow bamboo, over 50 palm trees, vines and orchids always in bloom. This Sunny Bohemian resort style back yard has a tiki hut (furnished with outdoor living room and hammock) on a wooden deck that adjoins to the pavers around the pool and spa. Two pergolas, one with sofa/lounger the other with fire pit and seating. Wooden wall water fall feature with walkway between the arching oak trees. Bamboo water feature nestles in the side gardens by the palms. Giant with seating and checker board pavers. Outdoor kitchen with bar, fully equipped with a sink, 22cubic ft fridge, microwave, coffee maker flat cook top with two burners, barbacue grill. Outdoor gym with squat rack/ cable system, bench, assorted dumbells,bosu ball, ab ball, medicine balls, kettle bells, battle rope, TRX, plyo box, aerobics step, hyper extension sissy squat machine, boxing bag,yoga mats, assorted resistance bands, yoga block, yoga wheel, small trampoline, perfect for pool side and fitness shoots and film. The front yard has green and yellow bamboo, large sprawling oak tree with a swing and a beautifully landscaped Koi pond with a bench for gorgeous wedding/lifestyle photography. Perfect for: - Film Shoots - Photo Shoots - Movie Shoots - Commercial Shoots - Filmed Interviews - Fitness Videos - Documentaries - Promo Videos - Other creative production projects *****please keep in mind when booking your set up and break down time,it is part of your rental time. ****** if you wait to break down when your booking has ended you will be charged time and a half in 15 minute increments Example: 1-15 mins @ $160= $60 1-30 mins @$160= $120 1-45 mins @$160= $180 1-60 mins @$160= $240 If you have a higher rate due to more people in your booking time and a half is based on your specific booking rate. ***please do not have your crew or talent show up early the property will no be available till your booking time *** *Photoshoots are to be conducted only outdoors. There is a a bathroom at the outdoor kitchen for your convenience. Site visit fee $40, must schedule appointment Standard rate is not applicable on holidays, rate for holidays is $260 and hr with 2 hour minimum - No smoking - No animals (animals are only authorized on a case by case basis) - Property is only rented for professional photoshoots and video (no porn) - Only the front and backyard will be used, agreement does not include the interior of the house. - if any furniture must be moved it is the renters responsibility to put everything back how it was when they arrived

The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We use detergent to remove dirt, grease, dust, and germs. Once the surface is clean, we spray with a disinfectant. We are providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests. While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants.
