The Space
We have a 3,000 sq. ft. sunlit space available for off-site meetings, special events, workshops, exhibitions, photo shoots or as a showroom in the West Village. With large windows facing north, the main space is flooded with natural light throughout the day. This white space features rooftops views, an open floor plan, and enough space to cater it to your specific needs. The space is on the 3rd floor of a doorman building. There is elevator access. The space manager will be available on site. The maximum amount of people allowed at one time is 75. Here Now is easily accessible via the 1, 2, 3, A, B, C, D, E, F, M and L lines as well as the Path train. Amenities: Projector, screen and sound available: Sound system with sound board built into space Lighting: Track style gallery lighting with dimmers. WiFi Kitchenette: Fridge, freezer, sink, electric burners (inquire for pricing on using the full 2nd floor kitchen for catering) Tables: Two 8 ft. wooden tables and one 6 ft. wooden table Seating: 6 cushioned armchairs and 60 wooden chairs Garment rack Restroom Catering: Outside catering is welcome and we can recommend several options Availability: Monday – Saturday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Please inquire about rates outside of opening hours. The safety and well being of our guests is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. Cleaning We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We provide essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, and tissues, a trash can with pedal. Hygiene While our space is in use we ask to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands frequently and properly Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Social distancing We are strongly encouraging our guests to keep social distancing while meeting at our space and will not allow bookings for a large number of participants. Event Services If you use a vendor to provide food and beverages, and other services, make sure they are following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.
