Silverlake House with Large Pool/Hot Tub

We have a literal oasis on the cusp of Silverlake / Echo Park. The property only has one neighbor on one side (other sides are streets and an empty grass lot) and the entire property is surrounded by tall bamboo, making it extremely private and secure. The house itself is a 3 bedroom bohemian with full kitchen, dining room, living room and 1.5 bathrooms. Hardwood floors throughout. Upstairs bedroom has private balcony overlooking west LA with views of the Hollywood sign, The Observatory, DTLA and DT Santa Monica. That aside, the real focal point here is out back with the large custom pool and hot tub. It's truly one of a kind. Just see the photos to understand. To heat the pool, there is an additional $200 fee. We are a startup media company that lives and works out of the house but we frequently have people come do fashion and film shoots here.
