Your overall paid rental hours should include any set-up, tear down, and load in/out time you and/or your vendors need. For parties on Saturday evenings and/or those with 45 to 75 guests, the room rental rate is $375 per hour and includes an additional on-site hostess. At least one staff member will be present to assist with anything you and your guests need while on-site. To the extent we know your desired set-up in advance, our team will set the room prior to your arrival. We don't have any food and beverage minimums or required vendors, so you are free to bring in food and drinks from anywhere you would like. If you are planning to serve alcohol, you must have a licensed bartender and special event insurance with host liquor liability. Please note, wedding ceremonies and receptions are charged at a higher hourly rate due to the additional planning and staffing required for your big day. Please message us for a custom wedding quote.
