I'm a native New Yorker, working in film and hospitality production. I love to cook and explore new restaurants in town. One of my favorites is Jodi Williams' Buvette. For my side, I have a nice little wine collection and love hosting friends at my place a couple times a month. I love classic films like "Chinatown" & "Harold & Maude" & spicy margaritas. The Space

The space is nearly 5000SF on the ground floor. Natural light floods the space with 25 foot ceilings and a mezzanine overlooking it. The space is deigned for soundstage production, holding or fashion shows etc. Additionally there is a stage which could be used for multiple purposes. There is a kitchenette as well- Very unique space and column free.
