I am an architect turned event planner/designer and designed my space to feel like your Soho dream loft with all the conveniences of a full service event space. Our residential aesthetic and commercial use makes us the perfect venue for intimate media events for food, fashion, home and tech brands. We are the masters of the effortless dinner party that guests talk about long after they've gone home.

The Space

We try and make things as easy as possible for our clients! Our space rental includes use of our fully outfitted kitchen, appliances, china, glassware, silverware, candles, decor, sound system, etc. From rustic canapes to 5+ courses with wine pairings - we match you with a chef depending on your preferences and needs and handle all FOH and BOH staffing, florals, and more! We specialize in brand activation/media events. Our client list includes brands like Target, Facebook, Amazon, Godiva, Hershey's, Rent The Runway, Homegoods and more! Brands turn to us for highly curated one-of-a-kind culinary experiences that their guests rave about long after they've gone home. We bring brands to life. House rules: - Guests are not permitted to cook in our kitchen except as part of a cooking class lead by one of our chefs. We do allow welcome professional chefs. - Beer & wine only - Overtime is billed at 125% of the hourly rate - Staffing is required for all events and is billed through our preferred staffing company

Our typical 6 hour event rental includes set up, breakdown and an event time of up to 4 hours. We offer discounts for full day or multiple day rentals. Rates are slightly higher between Thanksgiving and New Years. Our rentals are include use of everything in our space (great for shoots!) and cleaning fees, but event staffing is required for all events and is booked through our preferred staffing company. A staffing minimum is determined by the headcount and format of the event and is non-negotiable.

We are a full service culinary event space specializing in media events and private dining. We pair you with a chef, our sommelier handles wine pairings (at retail cost) and we handle florals, staffing, personalized gifts, entertainment, etc.

Full refund up to 5 days prior to event, except service fees.
