The Space

This 1,200 square ft. private loft features 2 floors of open space, a full kitchen, a movable bar, 2 restrooms, and a sound system. Perfect for ALL types of events: parties, corporate gatherings, art shows, performances, whatever your heart desires. The space comfortably fits 75 people standing and 40 people seated. We can accommodate any type of event, please contact us about your particular needs. We are located in the SoMa neighborhood - a short walking distance to Civic Center and Union Square. Major freeways and transportation are also easily accessible. Great parking options. Close to public transportation and BART. Ground floor access. Guests are welcome to arrange their own catering and we offer a network of providers to support any type of event.
