Sosna:Huge Bright Gorgeous Studio w/Plants

Huge beautiful corner studio with wondrous light and massive tropical plants! We have 1850 square feet with hardwood floors, exposed brick and huge windows. There are dozens of gorgeous, huge tropical plants. We offer an elevator to the studio and a private bathroom within the space. Our western wall is 51 feet across, most of that in windows. There is free parking right outside our building all weekend. Access to the conference room is $50. Permission to serve alcohol is $75. NO DJS or DJ EQUIPMENT / Glitter or confetti are not allowed; a $200 fine / You are allowed to arrive 15 minutes early to start setting up, no earlier / Any smoking or burning of incense or sage is not allowed; a $200 fine / Propping open the lobby door is not allowed; $200 fine / Outside vendors are not allowed to set up without the host being present / We do not set up folding chairs or tables / Decorations must be removed without any damage to walls or the ceiling / ANY item left behind is a $200 fine / Assistants are available at $50 per hour to help during set up or take down / We must be compensated fully for any item that is broken or taken / Any item left behind outside the studio, in the hallway or lobby, or outside the building, is a $200 fine PER OBJECT, aka any beverage or piece of trash / Any vomit in the studio or hallway or building is a $1000 fine / Any area of floor that is sticky leads to $200 fine / All trash must be placed in bags at the end of the event / We only accept 3 bags of trash; any more is $20 per trash bag / A/C unit must be turned off once you are done; $200 fine
