The Space

Newly renovated 3,000 sq. ft. Auditorium with a 350 sq. ft. stage, fit to host events of many types and sizes. The space features beautiful 15 ft ceilings with wide crown molding, hardwood floors, decorated columns with beautifully glazed finials, original details. Adjacent to the Auditorium is a newly renovated kitchen prep room, and 2 bathrooms. The venue is ideal for photo and film productions, galas, corporate events and gatherings, performances, conferences, workshops, receptions, meetings, community events, Sweet Sixteens, Bar/Bat mitzvahs, product launches, rehearsals, classes, etc. Auditorium Max capacity: 240 WiFi connectivity 200 folding chairs available at extra cost Auditorium Hourly rate: $500 Minimum hours: 3 Daily rate starting from $4000 In addition we offer a 500 sq ft multi-purpose room on the 1st floor, as well as several large raw spaces in the basement (around 6000 sq ft total). Please inquire for more information. Location: The facility is located on the boarder of Williamsburg and Greenpoint, Brooklyn, near the iconic McCarren Park. The space is accessible by G, L trains and ferry, on-street parking is available but not guaranteed. Venue Guidelines: No smoking No open flames Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it No nails, screws or penetrating items on the walls Cleaning fee is $200 Event insurance is required Feel free to message us with any specific questions or requests.
