The rate includes the following: ✿ Seating for up to 230 guests ✿ Complimentary In-house AV Services ✿ Complimentary Dedicated AV Technician ✿ Complimentary use of Nearby Kitchen ✿ Complimentary Dedicated In-House Event Staff ✿ Complimentary Dedicated Event Host ✿ Complimentary WIFI throughout the building ✿ Complimentary Piano Subject to Confirmation ✿ Complimentary Parking Nearby* ✿ Complimentary Insurance for All guests** Rates and Additional Fees : ✿ Standard event - $350 per hour, 4 hours min ✿ Commercial Events: $450 per hour, 4 hours min (charging admission for the event) ✿ Alcohol Licence: $200 (if alcohol is served) ✿ Additional Alcohol Insurance: $150 Cancellations: A refund can be given if the event is cancelled 30 calendar days prior to the event. The amount refunded is the total rental amount paid minus a $150 booking fee. Deposit: A security deposit of $500 required at the time of the reservation payable to the host through Venmo or Cashapp. Deposit fully refundable 24 hours after the event. Availability: Hours can be flexible, subject to the staff availability Mon-Fri: 9am to 9pm Saturday: 10am to 9pm Sunday: 1pm to 9pm External Vendors: Event catering available through external vendors, including beverages, snacks, finger food etc. Alcoholic beverages can also be catered in, subject to payment for an alcohol licence and insurance as above. *Complimentary parking is for up to 3 hours with parking validation. There is a flat day rate of $9 for a full day parking at a nearby spacious parking structure to accommodate all guests. **The Complimentary Insurance will provide the following General Liability Limits for all guests: $1,000,000 Occurrence $5,000,000 General Aggregate $5,000,000 Products-Completed Operations Aggregate $1,000,000 Personal and Advertising Injury Damage to Rented Premises coverage does not apply to facility rentals longer than 7 days $1,000,000 Damage to Premises Rented to You $5,000 Medical Payments Please feel free to ask any questions.
