Welcome to our beautiful urban style space for photo shoot or video production, located in the heart of Down town of Los Angeles. It is 2.300 sq ft space with high ceiling, two big industrial windows with soft natural light, rustic concrete floor, beautiful rustic barn door. There is a convenient loading dock in the building, two freight elevators, as well as two passenger elevators. The photo studio and building is very clean, there are two bathrooms located down the hall. Photo studio has a make-up station, little kitchen with mini-fridge, microwave, water cooler, coffee machine, and a teapot. The photo studio is divided into two zones: zone A has a backdrop stand, beautiful clear hanging chair area with a couch and coffee table, that can be used for a photo shoot, and also as a lounge area. Zone B has a gorgeous barn door, 4 backdrops (white, black, grey, yellow), hanging and ready to use for photo shoot or video production. There are also two wooden walls (pink flowers and red) that can be used as backdrops for photo shoot or video production as well. Lighting equipment is included in hourly rate. Please, no smoking in the studio. 2. Hard to clean materials may require an additional 50$ fee. 3. Cleaning fee is included in our hourly rate (for production only) 4. We are located in the heart of fashion district ( Downtown of Los Angeles ), and we are not soundproof, so plan accordingly. 5. Loading dock may be used for immediate loading and unloading with a maximum time limit of 30 mins. 6. We do not have central A/C 7. Furniture can be moved around as needed for photo shoot / video production but should be placed as it was found. 8. Three default colors (White, Grey and Black) and the first color backdrop’s installations are free. Additional color backdrops are $10/installation. All backdrops are $4.99 per damaged foot.
