This multi-purpose space for private events, pop-up shops, dance/fitness/yoga classes, photography, film, gallery, and performance is conveniently located near the fashion, fine art, and film districts in Tribeca. Social Event Rental includes: - Studio Rental - Studio Manager - Basic Fluorescent Lighting - Hourly rental must include setup and load-out. Other rentals provided for an additional fee- furniture, AV equipment, etc. PLEASE INCLUDE LOAD IN/LOAD OUT TIMES IN TOTAL BOOKING REQUEST
