The Space

The space is nested between the east bay an San Francisco, making it an ideal destination. The Main Hall is 4,000 sq ft of open space with bamboo flooring. This building has the option of an AV system that is built into the stage. With the space available, this venue has limitless potential. There is ample parking on-site and plenty off-site to accommodate large events. We can offer your event whatever it needs, from a tranquil retreat, a space for collaboration, training, promotion, to any celebration. Our venue is a canvas for your vision. If our parking space is used, we have a non-negotiable parking attendant fee at $17 per hour. To clarify, this price is for the entire parking lot, not per vehicle. There is also a cleaning fee that ranges from $200 depending on how much space is used. If your event has AV needs, we can provide those at additional cost and that can vary from $75 to $400 (wired & wireless mics, speakers, projector and choice of screens)
