Spacious Loft in Manhattan Downtown

This space is located on the third floor of a department store near Charging Bull statue. It is easily accessible via the 1, 2, 4, 5, A, J, R, and W lines. With 4,000 square feet, this multi functional space can be used for numerous occasions of up to 75 people. Equipped with wooden floors, restrooms, and dressing rooms, it makes the perfect spot for classes, exhibitions, photo shoots, painting, meetings, demonstration events, workshops, castings, and a variety of other uses. As shown in the last photo uploaded, there is a section on second floor for designers/artists to display their products. So after the shows in the main space, attendees are able to check out or try on the products in person. It also creates a good opportunity for potential buyers to give feedback by seeing the real product or even make a purchase on the spot. This extra show room space will cost a little extra money to book together with the main space. This space also features high ceiling fixtures and large windows surrounding the area with gorgeous natural sunlight. Lighting equipment is available upon request for an extra fee. The availability for the space is flexible upon request. -Please note that this space is not wheelchair accessible; a short flight of stairs is required for accessibility. Many restaurants and shops are in close proximity including Starbucks and Pret A Manger, TGI Friday and Duane Reade.
