Loft style, 1000 square foot location near west loop. Plenty of natural lighting as well as track lighting. Location includes 3 flat screen monitors (1 50” and 2 55”s), along with chalk wall, wet bar for serving beverages and available additional seating. Space includes bartender, 1 staff member through the duration of the event and 1 hour of setup time. $50 dollar cleanup fee will apply to all bookings. $75 staffing fee.
