Hi, This is Adeline & Sinclair. We love our Clinton Hill loft and look forward to hosting your experience. I (Adeline) am a musician originally from Paris who has called New York home for the last 14 years. Sinclair is an event producer and entrepreneur who has been living in Brooklyn for 18 years. Super handy if you have any questions about the production capacities of the space. Based on our careers we clearly LOVE music and events and helping facilitate peoples passion for the arts and other creative endeavors. We look forward to welcoming you into our space.

The Space

This beautiful loft can accommodate many types of functions. Photoshoots & video productions, dinners, art exhibits, baby showers, birthday parties & meeting will be successful thanks to a combination of tasteful modern decor and practical large space. The loft is 2400 in total sq/ft with very high ceilings (main common area appx 1500 open square feet). With seven large windows, the common area is bright and crisp. The main bathroom, at appx 100 square feet and bright vanity lighting also serves as an ideal hair/make-up & wardrobe room. We have a 10 ft table that can accomodate 10 -14 for dinner and plenty of space for additional table/chair rentals for larger dining functions. Our open kitchen and massive island are also great for live cooking experiences and capturing visual content. With respect to technology and gear, we have super fast FiOS wifi at your disposal, Apple TV connectivity, a 50 inch HD Monitor and a solid home sound system for work/play vibes. We also have DJ equipment and PA at your disposal for an additional rental fee. Only one block from the subway (C) and the Barclay's Center transportation hub is a short walk. We are located at the intersection of beautiful Clinton Hill and Prospect Heights neighborhoods with all the restaurants, shops and cafes of both Vanderbilt Avenue and Fulton Street merely 1 block away. So delivery/catering options are aplenty and you will find great coffee to energize your day. CAUTIONS: We are situated 4 floors above Atlantic Avenue. If you are planning on conducting interviews that require a fully soundproofed environment our space may not work as sirens, large trucks and construction (if there happens to be any) do bleed into the space. We do have a cat in the space that is put away into our private office during productions. Please advise if you have a cat allergy. YOUR HOSTS: We love hosting events and occasions at our home ourselves so know firsthand how great our space is for that. Professionally we are a musician and an event producer respectively. 1 of us will always at your disposal to support your needs and answer your questions.
