The Space

Formerly a gymnasium, this space is perfect for large events, workshops, and performances. We have hosted charity drives, wedding receptions, film shoots, comedy shows, dance parties, and more in this large raw space. There are two restrooms available as well as a water fountain. There will always be an on-site manager present in case you need any assistance throughout your booking. Features: • Approx 4,000 square feet • Acoustical sound panels • Original 1960's hardwood basketball floors • LED house lights with dimmers • Central AC/Heat • Free WiFi • Use of parking lot (first come, first serve) • Use of lounge furniture • Use of lobby • Secure space • ADA accessible For an additional fee, we have optional features available to you. Combine multiple add-ons together for a discounted price! • Stage + Stage Skirt (24 feet wide and 8 feet deep): $350 • Ceiling mounted projector: $75 • Theatrical lighting: $75 • Projector + lighting package: $125 • PA system with two large speakers and two microphones: $100 • Bluetooth speaker with two wireless mics: $150 • Projector with 14-foot inflatable screen: $150 • 6-foot rectangular banquet tables - $5 each • 8 cocktail tables - $10 each • 5-foot round banquet tables - $15 each • 150 folding chairs - $100 flat fee • Professional DJ Lighting bar - $150 • Portable Bar (2 avail) - $50 each • The Studio (Separate dance studio used for dance classes, 12 step meetings, meditation, etc.): $50/hour • The Courtyard (Beautiful separate outdoor space for large events) $75 / hour We are close to many popular restaurants and bars including Garage Pizza, Jay's Bar, Dinosaur Coffee, Vista Theater, Umami Burger, Tiki Ti, and more. There is a liquor store and Von's within two blocks. We have a free first come, first serve 35 space parking lot for our guests, and welcome all sorts of groups!
