We are a versatile special event, theater, dance, and film production space located in the bustling heart of the NoHo Arts District. We're here to support the amazing artists in our neighborhood, and we'd love to host your next creative endeavors.

The Space

We are located conveniently in the heart of the Noho Arts district, walking distance to restaurants, bars, movie theaters, coffee shops & the NoHo Metro Station. Dance/Fitness room - We have just over 1,450 sq ft. of space that can be utilized for limitless activities: Fitness classes, filming, live streaming, offsite business, trainings and presentations, event space for dance workshops, castings, production space for photo shoots and film shoots. The space is air conditioned, with modern amenities including wifi. The Dance room is 1/3 of our multi-purpose facility space, which can be rented in its entirety and also includes a gorgeous lounge and performance stage. The security deposit shall be used by the studio to repair, replace, or pay for any property of the studio which is damaged or destroyed by User or any participants at the event sponsored by the User. If the damage is in excess of the applied $200 security deposit, the User will be responsible for any additional expenses needed to replace or repair the personal property of the Studio. However, the deposit may be held at the discretion of the property manager for any period of time necessary to determine the full extent of damages and to make all repairs and/or secure replacements. The Studio may retain the full security deposit or any portion to cover any excessive or unusual clean-up resulting from use.
