The Space

You'll love my space because it is an outdoor oasis. Nestled in the quite neighborhood of Lomita Pines, this beautiful backyard space is the perfect space to host your next intimate event such as baby showers, bridal showers, weddings, cocktail parties, launch events, pop up shop, dinner party, birthday party etc. ABSOLUTELY NO loud parties. Adjacent Palos Verdes Estates and Rolling Hills (both 10 min drive) This tri-level yard has large grass area measuring over 30x50ft, 2 patio spaces (1 with outdoor lounge furniture and gas firepit, and 1 gazebo style with water feature) and includes use of propane heaters. The space is very versatile with a variety of set up options. No courtesy time is allowed for event setup/breakdown. Please be conscious and realistic of time needed for your set up and breakdown and be sure to add it to booking time. We also offer in house event styling/design, florals, heaters, chaffing dishes, up lighting, centerpieces, table/chair/equipment rental, balloons, props and backdrops for additional costs. Booking is for use of backyard space ONLY. ABSOLUTELY no guest access to home under any circumstances. All attendees MUST remain in backyard, NO HANGING OUT in front yard. VIP flushable Portable toilet (see attached photos) included with booking.

50% refund up to 1 week prior to event check in, except service fees.
