We offer hourly production space rentals. Please contact us for custom rates for bookings with more than six people! Included with the rental is access to the following amenities: -800 sq ft. white stage -Complimentary parking - Half-Kitchen: includes refrigerator access, microwave, sink, and dishwasher -Green Room: Includes seating for guests, clothing racks, a dressing room, makeup mirror, and tables. -Community Area with tables and seating, restroom, and garage door access for unloading equipment Disclaimers *Any booking requests under 48 hours might not be guaranteed. *To allow enough time to clean our studio, we schedule a 30-minute buffer in between consecutive bookings. *The stage is not guaranteed to be freshly painted before your booking. Please contact us to inquire about our fresh stage paint fee. * Upstairs is NOT included in the rental * Vehicles are not permitted within the studio unless a Guest first: 1. Gets written approval from a studio manager prior to booking and 2. Pays our paint fee *We have a strict no-weapon policy on the premises of Chil Studios and Met Atlanta. “Premises” is defined as public or private buildings, driveway, street, sidewalk or walkway, parking lot, parking garage, or other parking areas owned by Met Atlanta. Chil Studios forbids attendees from possessing or using dangerous weapons on the premises. “Dangerous weapons” include but are not limited to firearms, explosives, knives, guns, and other weapons that might be considered dangerous or that could cause harm per Chil Studio's discretion. An attendee’s license to carry a weapon on the premises does not supersede the rules in this agreement. Any attendee in violation of this policy will be asked to leave the premises immediately.
