We have crafted spaces with close attention to design in order to host all types functions that call for visually pleasing experiences. Our background is in event planning and design. We focus business to business rentals -- to provide businesses a platform to conduct their business in marketing-friendly venues. Social and private events are also very welcome.

The Space

A large, upgraded venue located centrally in San Diego. The open concept event space that offers a variety of amenities like a dance floor, stage, private Green Room suite, bar, kitchen, multi-stall restrooms and annex spaces for extra large capacities. Whether you need a large space to host a function or celebration, conduct a seminar or large conference, or shoot a video, our event space accommodates all types of rentals. Located centrally with very easy access to several freeways and close to several major night-life hubs of San Diego (Kensington/North Park). The venue can accommodate over 400 people (banqueting) or well over 500 in lecture-style seating. Conditions and different rates may apply to weekend evening rentals. Please send us an inquiry with as much info as possible and we will reply as soon as possible. As a small event company, we have different services and supplies that can be added onto your rental. Some of these include projectors, screens, pipe and drape, linens, decor, coffee percolator, backdrops, etc. Outside vendors are always welcome too. We are always open to matching pricing if suitable. Feel free to ask us any questions.
