The open concept event space that offers a variety of amenities like a dance floor, stage, private Green Room suite, bar, kitchen, multi-stall restrooms and annex spaces for extra large capacities. Whether you need a large space to host a function or celebration, conduct a seminar or large conference, or shoot a video, our event space accommodates all types of rentals. Located centrally with very easy access to several freeways and close to several major night-life hubs of San Diego (Kensington/North Park). The venue can accommodate over 400 people (banqueting) or well over 500 in lecture-style seating. Conditions and different rates may apply to weekend evening rentals. Some of these include projectors, screens, pipe and drape, linens, decor, coffee percolator, backdrops, etc. Outside vendors are always welcome too.
