Located on a quiet corner lot in San Gabriel, near Pasadena in northern Los Angeles County, this massive vintage home offers endless amounts of variety for photoshoots, Interviews and documentaries, full length films and events. This is an ultra quiet and location for film projects that require clean sound. The home sits on a very large lot, with private front and rear yards, as well as multiple detached 'back houses'. Additionally, there is a small voiceover booth that can be used for quick vocal recording and an empty white photography studio with C stands and V flats. Every inch is tastefully decorated and adds a sense of character and luxury to your photo / film production, meeting or event. We are commercial photographers and creative directors by trade, so the space was designed for maximum efficiency and attractive angles for productions. Throughout the home are real plants and a gorgeous baby grand piano that is ready to play. The full kitchen can be used for your photo and film productions and even our childrens' room can be made available for filming by advanced request. The master bathroom is spacious, with original art deco bathtub and tiles and there is a second, smaller, bathroom available as well. Outside, there is a unique custom built wooden water wheel, fountains and so much vegetation, ranging from roses to evergreens, palm trees and other lush plant life.
