The Space

A unique space for an event! In the newly renovated heart of Industry City, our space operates as a boutique coffee/tea shop providing its customers with the finest brews from around the world on its own world famous brewers. The space is open and minimal, with beautiful woodwork, crisp subway tile, warm light, large windows, giant iron & glass doors, sage green chairs, and live plants throughout. The space appeals to both community and creativity. Permanent counters/tables run along the length of the space, with seating accommodating up to 75 people. A small kitchen is also available for light prep work and catering plating. Dishes are available for rent for an additional fee depending on size and variety. Total of 2500 sq ft. The cafe can be broken up into two areas, a small intimate events or conference room, and a large open event space. We can rent just the smaller room separately. It can function as both a sit-down lunch/dinner area, as well as a separate meeting space. The large iron & glass doors separating the the conference room and the larger event space can be opened to create a flowing and open floor plan. The outside doors open to a public courtyard with more seating and a grassy gathering area. Our conference room is a private room which is designed to be warm, inviting and innovative and is often used for coffee, tea, and wine tastings. The space has large iron & glass in the entry, as well doors separating the conference room from other public areas. These windowed doors give the space an open feel and allow for extra light.
