I am a Mom of 3 and family person my work is very flexible I work from my guest house (blue house)and I am interested in adding use of our home space for extra income- our home is very interesting, colorful, unique and has an awesome view of Glendale and Los Angeles and even the water on a super clear day. We are 5 mins from the freeway in the Glendale Hills but place is a secluded retreat. We are very flexible and easy to work with :)

The Space

Our space is unique and eclectic, colorful and interesting. Great for film and foto shoots, meetings, parties. It has an awesome view of Glendale and Los Angeles and even the water on a super clear day. We are 5 mins from the freeway in the Glendale Hills but the place is a secluded retreat. Our guest house is currently vacant and can be used as a wonderful green room with bathroom and kitchen
