We take pride in using sustainable farmers, organic produces to prepare almost everything in our dishes ourselves. We bake, pickle, brine, smoke, braise and ferment to showcase the best our farmers have to offer. Our menu changes daily based on what we get from our foragers, hunters and farmers. Our menu features exotic vegetables, meats, seafood and homemade pasta.

The Space

It’s balanced between strong and soft, light and dark. My place is very calm, positive energy. Scandinavian zen feeling and look. Hand crafted contemporary walls, hand crafted furniture. The feeling of nature even tho you are indoors. Modern, futuristic. Perfect for holiday parties, birthdays, special occasions, events, etc.
