We occupy Downtown LA's premiere Penthouse unit on the 35th floor, with spectacular views of all of Downtown. The large two level space is 2,698 sq ft with unobstructed views of Downtown LA.The building is a 35-story luxury high-rise located in the heart of downtown Los Angeles. Just a short walk away from the exciting L.A. LIVE & Staples Center, the space is located in downtown's premier neighborhood, South Park.
