The space has the ability to suit any type of event. With experience in event production, we can also make your event unique and memorable. Our vision is to give back to the community and host friendly and positive events. As we partner up with non-profits and local schools we are an alcohol & smoke free venue! ​ We are your local friendly neighborhood venue! - The Building 4000 sq. ft Space in Bushwick / East Williamsburg Exposed Aluminum Ceiling Exposed brick Newly Renovated - What's The Space like? Two separate bathrooms with two stalls, sink and mirror on each. 800 Sq Ft. Lounge/V.I.P area on second floor balcony with the view to the Lobby. 1200 Sq Ft. Lobby Area with access to the bathrooms. 2000 Sq Ft. Auditorium with a 440 Sq Ft. stage area. Please see pictures. - Transportation Two Blocks away from L Train ( Grand street) - Whats Included? 400 Sq. Ft. Stage area w/ Stairs Performance/Dance Lighting Available Professional Audio System Decor Lighting Projection Screen Central Air Conditioning Heating Fully Functional Bathrooms with Toiletries Lounge/VIP Area - Venue Guidelines! Help us make the venue a community friendly space: No Smoking; No alcohol at all! This means serving, selling, donation, ticket based or BYOB; No Painting or graffiti; No Open Flames; No HipHop or DJ parties allowed; Insurance & Security are obligated. We can give referrals for both services; Use the Venue for legal purposes only; Do not uses venue for other then uses originally agreed upon when booking; Venue only operates till 12AM. Event coordinators have until 1AM to breakdown;
