Boast in this urban upscale 2 bed, 1 full & 2 half bath duplexed Loft in Chicago's historic Art District of Pilsen. Freshly renovated, this subtle space is conveniently located West of I-90/94 giving you immediate access to north, south, east or west of the city in a matter of minutes. Filled with natural light, your Stay IN gives you a cozy ambience, secluded on its own lot with multiple parking spaces, which allow you and your guest to accelerate the convenience of parking although street parking is available as well. Fenced in yard with a deck to enjoy the beautiful weather while creating and relaxing.

Health and SafetyHealth & Safety Policy

The safety and well being of our guests at Stay-IN is our top priority. We are committed to the overall wellbeing of our guests and have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. At Stay-IN, we refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: Housekeeping We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Our staff is following the cleaning and hygiene guidance recommended by the CDC We are thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant We are providing proper PPE, hand sanitizer, anti-bacterial wipes, disinfecting spray and face mask for our guests Essential amenities such as hand soap, paper towels, tissues, trash can with foot pedal etc. We ventilate the space before cleaning and sanitizing We are disinfecting our space using the following disinfectant certified service: (fill in your provider) Cleanliness While our space is in use we ask you to please follow these hygiene guidelines: Wash your hands properly and frequently When coughing or sneezing, use your arm or sleeve to catch germs and use hand sanitizer regularly Dispose of tissues immediately after use and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues Feeling ill or sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or anyone of your guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days so we can take necessary and preventative precautions. Social distancing We strongly encourage our guests to practice social distancing while utilizing our space during these times as bookings for a large number of participants are carefully throughout before confirmation of booking. Event Services Vendors providing food, beverages and other services are aware and following our Health & Safety Policy guidelines.
