Welcome to our studio! Our space is a blank canvas for you with all white walls, a 12 ft ceiling and ceiling fan, track lighting, a skylight and a bay window in the very front. This ground level storefront is perfect for an art show, photoshoots, a pop up shop, meetings or gatherings. Located in the heart of the Downtown San Pedro Art District, our location offers easy access from the 110 South and/or 47 freeway. On the first Thursday of each month, this area hosts an art walk which draws large crowds, food trucks and often times live music-which could be a great opportunity for you to promote a product or service using our space as your base. There's a quaint coffee shop located right across the street from us as well as many great restaurants within walking distance.
