The Space
Time warp through the 60's, 70's, and 80's in this space. The hot club inspired studio everyone wants to be. 1,300 square feet, multi staged, studio/event space. Each space has been perfectly curated for you to create great content in. Only one client at a time, so you have the freedom to shoot on any stage you like. In this studio, we will make sure you are taken care of. We want to ensure that you leave here happy and have received great customer service. There is an easy first floor entrance in the front. Loading area in the back. Hours of Operation: 8am-8pm After Hour Rate, Holiday and Same Day Requests +$25 /hr Holidays, after-hours & same-day requests. + 2-hour min. Rates: 1 - 8 hours - $125 per hour ( Rates include Security or site a site rep. Based on needs ) Standard Cleaning Fee (Covers foot traffic and little damages from prop & studio usage) 0 - 4 People - $50 5 - 8 People - $100 9 - 15 People - $150 16 - 19 People - $200 20 - 25 People - $250 ** Use of glitter/ feathers / confetti / balloons / on site construction / extensive flowers and spillage. -- $50 if cleaned, $100 minimum if not cleaned. Rose Studios is dedicated to keeping our spaces safe and clean for all our clients! *Sanitizing before & after every booking on all touched surfaces, props, and equipment. *We supply additional sanitizing products. *Mandating frequent hand washing amongst our staff. *Face Mask are worn by staff at all times. *Maintaining social distancing. *Contactless Bookings *Instructing employees to remain home if they, or someone close, are showing symptoms of any illness. ++Masks and gloves are available by request.
