Get your project done without having to worry about unnecessary hustles. Our location is close to downtown and Hollywood. 14 feet ceilings make our studio unique and perfect for auto or motorcycle shooting.. Studio Rental: This contract is only for one day for 4 Hours . All info and details are in the contract. Any additional hours will be $100 per hour. Deposit: Renter agrees to pay for damage to the Premises including spills or stains on furniture, fixtures or painted surfaces and all electronics. Deposit are based on the 20% of the total of the rental fee. The deposit will be refunded to the customer 3 days after the rental. Cleaning Charge: If Renter does not return Premises to the order and cleanliness found when Renter arrived, Company will charge at minimum a $100 cleaning fee to be withheld from the cleaning/damage deposit.
